A company founded in SAX (Alicante) in 1959 by brothers José and Francisco Vidal Rico, the year in which the General Directorate of Railways, Trams, and Road Transport awarded them the regular freight service between Alicante and Sax.
Since then, the Vidal Brothers provided this service under the name «Transportes VIDAL HERMANOS» until their retirement in December 1999, when, continuing with the same activity and under the direction of Tomás Vidal, the company was renamed TRANSPORTES VIDAL.
The company’s main objective at the time of its founding was to supply Sax’s commerce with merchandise offered by Alicante warehouses. This increase was due to industrial expansion, which created the need to develop domestic transport in Spain and to export and import its goods to the rest of the world, forming partnerships with international transport companies, consignees, and customs agents.

All of this was carried out based on professionalism, service, and a faithful commitment to our customers, serving as a link between manufacturers and freight forwarders.
This attitude we continue to apply and that has served us to this day as our best calling card. We would like to thank the founders for instilling in us their values, which have allowed us to be active and at your service today.
Starting in 2005, due to the ongoing transformations in our sector, and with the intention of seeking alternative locations that would allow us to increase our traffic and thus improve our services to our customers, we decided to move to Alicante in 2012, where we will be happy to continue serving you today.
