LFoundation and Evolution:

The company was founded in 1959 in Sax (Alicante) by José and Francisco Vidal Rico, operating under the name Transportes Vidal Hermanos. In December 1999, following their retirement, the company was renamed Transportes Vidal and came under the direction of Tomás Vidal.

The main task at the time of its founding was to supply Sax’s local businesses with goods from wholesalers in Alicante. This expanded significantly with the industrial boom, which created the need to develop domestic transportation in Spain and to import and export goods worldwide, coordinating with international transport companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

History and Mission:
They began with regular routes between Alicante–Sax–Alicante, expanding alongside the area’s industrial growth. Their focus has always been on professionalism, service, and commitment.

All of this was carried out with seriousness, high-quality service, and a strong commitment to our clients, serving as a link between manufacturers and shipping companies.

This attitude remains our greatest hallmark to this day. We thank the founders for instilling in us the values that have allowed us to remain active and at your service.

Headquarters Relocation:
From 2005 to 2012, the company relocated to the city of Alicante, where it currently operates.
Starting in 2005, due to the ongoing transformations in our industry and with the intention of exploring new opportunities to increase traffic and improve services for our clients, we decided to move to Alicante in 2012. We are pleased to continue serving you from our current location.
